Is my order made just for me?
Yep. Every order is printed just for you. HawgDog Gear designs are Michigan-designed and printed to order by our production partner after you check out, so there's no warehouse full of shirts sitting around. That keeps prices honest and every piece fresh.
How long until my order ships?
Orders usually take 3–7 business days to print and pack. If your order has more than one item, it ships once the slowest item is finished.
How long does delivery take?
Most US-printed items arrive 3–6 business days after they ship. Some designs are printed overseas and can take about 12–21 days in total. These are estimates, not guarantees, and items in the same order may be printed in different places and show up in separate packages. We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
What does shipping cost? Where do you ship?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight (typically about $3.40–$8.40 for US orders) and free on US orders of $70 or more. Right now we ship to addresses in the United States only.
Can I pick FedEx or pay for faster shipping?
Not at this time. There's no FedEx or expedited option. Every order goes out standard shipping with the carrier our production partner uses, and you'll get tracking either way.
Can I return or exchange something?
If your order arrives with a defect, a bad print, the wrong item, or damage from shipping, we'll make it right. Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and please hang on to the packaging, since carriers sometimes ask for photos.
Because every item is printed on demand, we can't accept returns or exchanges for sizing, change of mind, or a change of heart on a color or design. The full details are in our Refund Policy.
How do I pick the right size?
Check the size chart on each product page before you order. Fits differ between our tees, tanks, racerbacks and hoodies, so measure a favorite shirt and compare. Our How To Fit guide walks you through it. Since sizing isn't returnable, a minute with the chart saves a headache later.
How should I wash my gear?
Treat it like your bike and it'll last. Turn it inside out, wash cold, and tumble dry low (or hang it up). Skip the bleach, and don't iron right on the print.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. Once an order has gone to print, we may not be able to change it, and packages returned for an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at the customer's cost.
Can I use more than one discount code?
One discount code per order. Pick the one that saves you the most and enter it at checkout.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package goes missing, arrives looking like it lost a fight with a semi, or has the wrong item inside, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and keep the packaging. We'll sort it out.
